i did some camping out when i was a kid in california and every town i slept in my bus in i got kicked out of. the police couldn&#039;t direct you to the nearest homeless shelter or the nearest church to sleep inside instead they found it better to fine me $80.00. our system is useless. i&#039;m surprised they don&#039;t fine billy.</description>
