When I asked Anthony about homelessness his response kind of took me by surprise. Anthony wanted to talk about he felt Boston is a beautiful city.

I could instantly tell Anthony was a kind soul trying to look at the positive in life rather than the madness of his life on the streets!

Anthony survives by panhandling. During this interview, someone gave him their leftover food. I asked Anthony about the amount of food people give to homeless people. “I can’t go hungry,” Anthony says it’s a lot of food sometimes.

Please try to remember that a sandwich cannot end homelessness! Homeless people need housing!
