Mark had been traveling around Canada looking for work and finally found a job in Winnipeg. Trouble is, he doesn’t get his first paycheck for ten days and still needs money to survive.
Mark says panhandling is better than doing a crime and going to jail, and even though he can be ticketed for panhandling, it’s worth the risk since he has no other way to make money.
