Phil

Phil is a retired Navy veteran living in a broken-down RV parked on the streets of San Diego. He worked most of his life, but because of health issues is spending his retirement years as a vehicle-resident, which is the fastest growing demographic of homelessness.

San Diego is about to ban RVs from parking on city streets. I hope they come up with a safe alternative for people to park. Ticketing people like Phil, who have a small fixed income, or no income, will greatly increase taxpayer costs.

Phil simply wants to get his RV fixed so they can all drive to Arkansas to be with family. If you would like to help Phil get his RV repaired please contact Homelessness News San Diego.
