Jennifer has spent much of her young life on the streets. In her teens, she spent six years outside. This is now the second winter outside since Jennifer has had a wheelchair.<\/p>\n
Homelessness is hard. Now imagine being disabled and most homeless services are not wheelchair user accessible. Jennifer can get into the lobby of the nearest shelter, but after that, the stairs prevent her from further access.<\/p>\n
